New spells at 12
Go talk to you trainer now and pick up your new spells. You will get three new spells. The first, Regrowth, is a healing spell that is a mix between Healing Touch and Rejuvenation. It will heal the target for a set amount and then continue to heal them for a smaller amount for a set period of time.
The other two spells are both bear form spells. Demoralizing Roar will reduce any nearby enemies attack power for thirty seconds, reducing the amount of damage they will do to you. Enrage will generate 20 rage over 10 seconds while reducing your armor at the same time. Of the two Demoralizing Roar will be the one you use most, in every fight in fact but Enrage is a handy spell to have when you need to get some rage built up for your maul spell. You can see below how I have my action bars setup now.
If, like me, you forgot about the talent points you have been earning, bring up your Talent Tree and spend the two extra points you have earned. I decided to put them both in to Improved Mark Of The Wild. Now it's time to leave Thunder Bluff for the moment. Head towards the Wind Rider Master at the top of the big totem and get a flight to Camp Taurajo.
Going to the Crossroads
We need to make our way to the Crossroads, the next major quest area for your level. Before we leave though you will see Kirge Sternhorn has another quest for us that requires speaking to someone in the Crossroads. Accept it and follow the past to the east out of the camp. When you get to the junction follow the path and the Crossroads sign to the north. Be careful to stick to the path because there are a lot of higher level monsters around.
After a long hike you will get to the Crossroads. As soon as you get there talk to the Innkeeper to setup your new home and the wind rider master to setup the flight path. Then hand in your three quests and get all of the new ones you can find. I found a total of nine new quests here.
