Moonkin Stone
Ok, back to the bear form quest. Directly south of the tent and at the foot of the mountain you will see the Moonkin Stone we are looking for. Walk up to it and check it out but don't do anything just yet. This upcoming fight is a tough one and you need to prepare for it. Forget all previous tactics of trying to reduce downtime after a fight. We are going to have to use everything we have for this next fight.
Make sure you have Mark of the Wild and Thorns cast on yourself, and make sure you are at full mana because the next step will start the fight. Walk up to the Moonkin Stone and turn around to face the tent. The guy we will be fighting will be coming at you from the tent. Open your backpack and right click on the Cenarion Lunardust item to get the ball rolling.
Lunaclaw and Lunaclaw Spirit
Lunaclaw, a level 12 monster, will start running at you as soon as you are finished using the dust. As soon as you spot him, target him with your mouse and start casting Wrath as soon as he in range. There are probably a couple of ways you could do this fight but I went with constant casting of Wrath until I had used all my mana and then finished him off with my staff. This will work as long as Lunaclaw does not resist any of your Wrath spells. If he does then you may have to heal yourself during the fight.
Once he's dead a Lunaclaw Spirit will appear. Talk to him to complete this part of the quest. Don't forget to loot the dead Lunaclaw's corpse. Now get back to Thunder Bluff to receive your reward. The quickest way back is to use the wind rider master we met in Camp Taurajo. In fact, I've just realised that you could have left visiting Camp Taurajo until after this fight but no matter. Go back to the camp and fly back to Thunder Bluff in style. Or run back if you really want to save cash.
