Reaching level 10

By the time you handed this quest in you should have reached level 10. This is a landmark level for the druid class because it means we will soon have access to our first animal form. If you haven't reached level 10 by now then it's worth going back out to the prairie alpha wolves and killing them until you do. We are going to take a detour from our normal question.

Head in to the tent where your druid trainer lives. You will see he has a quest for us. First pick up your new spells and then get the quest from him. You will receive upgrades for your Moonfire, Rejuvenation and Mark of the Wild spells. Drag the new spells to your action bar and then take a closer look at the new Mark of the Wild spell. You will notice that not only does it increase your armor but it also increases all of your stats by 2. This makes this a very useful spell to have and well worth making sure you have it cast on yourself before combat.

Bear form quest

Now accept the Heeding The Call quest from Gennia and head towards Thunder Bluff. This quest is the first in a line of quests that will eventually allow us to turn in to a bear, a form that allows us to fight like a warrior and what makes the druid class so unique. Later on you will be able to turn in to a cat, allowing you to fight like a rogue. Fantastic!

Teleporting spell

Head out to Thunder Bluff to do the first part of this quest. We're going to leave the other five quests we have for now because having our bear form will help us a lot in doing them. When you get to the top of the lifts in Thunder Bluff take a look at your Heeding The Call quest. We have to find Turak Runetotem on the Elder Rise.

Use your map to get to the Elder Rise. It's clearly marked. You will have to go up the stairs in the big totem, get off at the first floor, cross the yard and head through a building to get to the rope bridge. He is in the big tent on the Elder Rise. Talk to him to complete that step of the quest and to receive a new one.

The new quest will give you a new spell called Teleport: Moonglade. This will allow you to teleport to Moonglade, a special area just for druids and where all of the special druid quests take place. Before you use it to get to Moonglade talk to Arch Druid Hamuul Runetotem to pick up a quest we will do later on, which will lead us to our next questing area. Drag the teleport spell to your action bar and click it to begin teleporting.
